Expedite service
If you'll be requiring any expedites over the festive period we encourage customers to submit their requests as soon as possible to ensure that we're able to meet any customer demand.

Register of Deeds (post)
The Register of Deeds has the same festive opening period as the property registers.
Mail received on the days the register is closed (25 and 26 December 2023 and 1 and 2 January 2024) will be accepted but not processed until reopening.
In general, the issuing of extracts from the Register of Deeds is not time critical.
However, if any urgent extracts are required then the original writ(s) should arrive with the keeper no later than 15 December.
If the need arises for urgent extracts of new recordings after that date please contact us on cajr@ros.gov.uk.
