Applications are open for the ScotLIS Land Register API and the Register Land and Property (RLP) API

Published: 24 April 2024

Registers of Scotland (RoS) have developed two new APIs for our customers to use. Applications are now being accepted for access to the ScotLIS LR API and the Register Land and Property (RLP) API.

What is an API?

An API (Application Programming Interface) is a software intermediary that allows two applications to speak to each other, to extract and share data within and across organisations.

ScotLIS Land Register API

This API allows customers to automatically download structured title data, title sheets, plans and pending applications to their own systems.

Register Land and Property API

This API allows customers to import data from their own case management systems to submit Advance Notices and Land Register applications.
