EQIA Summary
The scope of this EQIA is to identify and analyse any impacts the RoS Hybrid Working Policy and Team Ways Of Working (TWOW) will have on the protected characteristics.
There is evidence that there could be potential negative impacts of the policy and TWOW against the protected characteristics of disability and socio-economics. These are mitigated by the proposed actions outlined in the EQIA.
There is also evidence that there are positive impacts of the policy and TWOW across a number of the protected characteristics due to the flexibility of the policy. Details are outlined in sections 2 and 3 below. All of which are enhanced by the proposed actions outlined in the EQIA.
Impact Summary
Impact | Recommended Actions | ||
---|---|---|---|
Negative - disability | Policy to outline clearly what additional support/equipment is available | ||
Negative - socio- economic | The policy will clearly outline the responsibilities of colleagues to maintain confidentiality while working remotely. | ||
