Yes.

If so what versions, are you planning an upgrade in the next 12 – 18 months?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this case we consider the information you have requested to be exempt information under FOISA Section 30 (c) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (Prejudice to effective conduct of public affairs). This exemption applies as the disclosure of this information would compromise the integrity and security of our information technology (IT) systems

This is a qualified exemption, therefore the information must be disclosed unless the public interest in disclosing the information is outweighed by the public interest in maintaining the exemption.

We acknowledge that there is a public interest in openness and transparency within the public sector. However, in this instance we believe that this is outweighed by the public interest in ensuring the integrity and security of our IT systems.

The annual cost of the Oracle contract is £91,366.95 excluding VAT, and it renews on 31/3/24.

Who is commercially responsible for looking after the contract for the Oracle and/or SAP renewals?

The RoS Procurement Manager.
