  1. If you publish your register of contracts and purchasing, can you please provide a website link.
  1. In addition, can you confirm if you have a contract in place for Tail End Spend

Response:

  1. Spend on Office supplies and associated products for:
  1. 1st April 2022 – 31st March 2023: £60,899
  1. 1st April 2023 – 31st March 2024: £90,395
  1. We use the Scottish Government General Office Supplies Framework which started on 01/07/2023 and runs until 30/06/2027.
  1. There is no extension clause.
  1. No decision has been made yet.
  1. Responsibility for the Office Supplies budget is held centrally within the Procurement Department.
  1. Lyreco UK Ltd.
  1. 10 years.
  1. You can view our contracts register on the Public Contracts Scotland website.
  1. We do not have a contract in place for Tail End Spend, all Office Supplies spend goes through Lyreco UK Ltd.
