FOI Release: RoS Mapping Group

Can you advise if the RoS Mapping Group was ever set up and if any minutes are available?

We can confirm that the working group was established and met on 30 May 2019. ‘CW-2024-719 Information Combined_Redacted’ includes copies of minutes and actions captured at the meeting.

The group was intended to be short life and although further formal meetings were cancelled due to the pandemic, activities did continue and RoS published the following guidance bringing together many of the concerns raised.

Third party personal data has been appropriately redacted under exemption 38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA, as disclosing this would breach the lawfulness, fairness, and transparency principle under data protection laws. Individuals whose details are already public (the Keeper, Directors) have not been redacted.
