Remote Working Steering Group
The purpose of this paper is to brief RoS Board members on the introduction of a Temporary Remote Working Steering Group (TRWSG) to provide direction and co-ordination of a range of health and wellbeing, technology and security activities to support colleagues as a result of the closure of our buildings in response to UK Government advice and direction.
The paper also provides additional information about other activities during the lockdown period considered by EMT.

The purpose of this paper is to provide the RoS Board with sight of risk discussions that have taken place at the Board and Audit and Risk Committee meetings from 2019 to date, ensuring all risks are discussed appropriately.
The purpose of this paper is to provide the RoS Board a summary of our customer survey approach and the main findings from our annual survey of our top 400 firms. This survey generates our Customer Satisfaction score for 2019-2020 and is a Key Performance Indicator.
