Before making any permanent changes to our fees, we are keen to hear the views of our customers and stakeholders.
We hope you’ll take this opportunity to share your opinions on the proposals before they are considered by parliament in the new year.
The consultation includes questions such as:
- Do you agree that rejection fees should be removed?
- Do you agree that the fees we charge should at a minimum recover our costs?
Our consultation is now available and is scheduled to end on 24 December 2020.
