RoS fee changes approved by Committee

Published: 02 March 2021

The Economy, Energy and Fair Work Committee has recommended that the Draft Registers of Scotland (Fees) Amendment Order 2021 be approved.

This is a key stage in the proposals to amend our statutory fees receiving parliamentary approval.

A final decision on whether to approve the Order is scheduled to take place in the Scottish Parliament on 10 March.

Once the Order has been approved, the proposed fee changes will take effect on Thursday 1 April 2021.

Details of the proposed fee changes have already been published in detail as part of the Draft Fees Amendment Order and the Consultation Paper.

You can find other documents, including responses to the public consultation, in our Fee Review 2020 section.
