This is a combination of wet signed documents and QES signed documents (such as missives or counterpart documents).
If you have a submission that is mixed format, firstly, you must submit the QES signed documents, then you will be able to print a submission cover sheet to submit by post with the wet signed document.
To do this, you must login to your online services account and fill in the application form 'Register a deed signed with QES'.
The application form will be accessible once you login to your online services account. If you do not have access to this application, please contact customerservices@ros.gov.uk.
