Response:
An identical request was responded to in November 2023. The response is available on our website and can be found here. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to provide information which is already reasonably accessible to you.
We note the following further information in relation to question 4:
We are on a monthly rolling plan which renews on the 11th of each month. The current contract is due to end April 2024 and the intention is to remain with the current supplier, and the monthly rolling contract, until the scope of services can be fully reviewed.
