An update on our key performance indicators (KPIs) for April to June 2023.
We are committed to being transparent and will share the progress against the latest strategic objectives and related KPIs outlined in our Corporate Plan on a quarterly basis.
Objective one: Delivering the benefits of a completed land register

Objective two: Lead on the innovative provision of land and property data
To meet our applications quality target, we will:

- identify new products and data reports
- offer customers greater accessibility to information we hold

Objective three: Develop and deliver digital improvements
To continue to meet this target we will provide faster and more secure digital tools where appropriate.
This KPI reports biannually.
Objective four: Inspire our people
We know a talented, engaged, and energised workforce is essential to successful delivery across all our strategic objectives.

The annual Civil Service People Survey takes place each October across the civil service. Once the results are available these will be published here.
Additional staff surveys are taken in year to make sure that positive engagement is being maintained across the organisation.
We aim to retain our Gold Status in 'We invest in People' and 'We invest in Wellbeing' accreditation. We will report on this at the end of the financial year.
Objective five: Be an effective, efficient, and future focused delivery organisation

We are preparing for the launch of the Registers of Moveable Transactions (assuming Parliamentary approval of the relevant legislation).
