He researches Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

He focuses on CX and CRM strategy, metrics, governance, and voice of the customer.

Prior to Gartner he worked at a research and strategy consultancy called INTECO and before that at a consulting and systems integrator called Data Sciences.
