Lynne has a BA in Legal Studies and joined Registers of Scotland in 1999 having previously worked in the legal department of South Lanarkshire Council and with a firm of private searchers.
Lynne started her career in Registers of Scotland as a Registration Officer on the legal elements of the registration process and has worked on all registration products.
Lynne was the senior legal advisor for the land registration completion team and registered the first keeper-induced registration.
Lynne’s current role is as Policy Lead Head of Policy Development in Registers of Scotland Policy and Legal Services unit.
