We have maintained our Customer Service Excellence Award
We are committed to continuous improvement and providing a high-quality service. As part of that commitment, we can now share that we have maintained our Customer Service Excellence Award (CSE) for another year.
We also recently published our Customer Satisfaction Index scores. You can keep up to date with our current and previous scores, benchmarked against industry standards, on our new webpage.
Find out more about our Registers of Moveable Transactions
The Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Act 2023 has modernised the law in Scotland by facilitating more flexible access to financing for businesses through the creation of two new registers.
The Register of Assignations (RoA) and the Register of Statutory Pledges (RSP) were launched on 1 April 2025.
Enhancing access to Registers of Scotland House Price Data
You can now visit our new house price data homepage.
This new resource has streamlined access to data, improving its presentation and accessibility. This will help to support legal professionals, researchers, and the media to make informed decisions based on accurate, timely, and accessible information.
Making the most of our API integrations
At RoS we want to support conveyancers and their clients to have a smooth and straightforward property transaction. Our Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) mean that your work systems can talk directly to RoS systems, saving time and reducing the need for manual checks and switching.
For example, Denovo (opens in new tab), a provider of legal software and services, has recently launched a RoS integration within their ‘CaseLoad’ management system.
You can find out more about the integration and our APIs in our blog.
Our Equality Mainstreaming Report 2025
As a public organisation, we have legal duties under the Equality Act (2010).
This report focuses on our efforts to mainstream equality under the Public Sector Equality Duty. It provides an update on our 2023 mainstreaming outcomes and sets out our next steps from 2025 to 2027.
