Annual leave

We offer up to 42 days of leave, including public holidays which you can take when it suits you.

Working hours

Our working week is 35 hours. You can work between 7am and 9pm, taking into account the needs of your role.

Working patterns

We are open to a variety of working patterns. E.g. compressed hours, term time working or part time working.

Flexi-time

If you work above 35 hours per week you can bank your time (up to 30 hours) and use it at a later date.

Supported time off

We provide enhanced leave policies, including up to a year's parental leave with the option to share the time off, and a special leave policy.

Hybrid working

You can work comfortably and safely at home or in the office, subject to the role.
