Wellbeing resources

We encourage colleagues to use a wide range of resources to help create a positive, supportive and inclusive working culture. For example:

Mental Wellbeing

We have trained Mental Health First Aiders, an Employee Assistance Programme and free subscriptions to the Calm app.

Physical Wellbeing

Our benefits include the cycle to work scheme, discounted gym membership as well as equipment to support hybrid working.

Financial Wellbeing

Social Wellbeing
