Reasonable adjustments

We will make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process. Contact us via email if you need adjustments to the written application process.

Examples of adjustments that we can make at interview include:

  • changing the time, location or format
  • arranging a supported test session, where a trained support worker can aid understanding or read the questions out loud
  • giving additional time in timed tests, interviews or other assessment activities

We can also provide:

  • questions in written format or in advance of the interview
  • a sign language interpreter
  • advice about assistive technology

This is not an exhaustive list.

Disability Confident Employer

We have made a commitment to employing and retaining disabled people under the Disability Confident Scheme.

Generally, we will offer an interview to disabled candidates who:

  • meet the minimum criteria for the role
  • indicate they wish their application to be considered under our Disability Confident Scheme.

Where roles attract a high volume of applicants, we may have to limit the total number of interviews offered.  We will ensure that this is done in a way that does not unfairly impact disabled candidates.
