Examples of adjustments that we can make at interview include:
- changing the time, location or format
- arranging a supported test session, where a trained support worker can aid understanding or read the questions out loud
- giving additional time in timed tests, interviews or other assessment activities
We can also provide:
- questions in written format or in advance of the interview
- a sign language interpreter
- advice about assistive technology

Disability Confident Employer
We have made a commitment to employing and retaining disabled people under the Disability Confident Scheme.
Generally, we will offer an interview to disabled candidates who:
- meet the minimum criteria for the role
- indicate they wish their application to be considered under our Disability Confident Scheme.
Where roles attract a high volume of applicants, we may have to limit the total number of interviews offered. We will ensure that this is done in a way that does not unfairly impact disabled candidates.
