How to request an adjustment:
- email us
- use the subject line: “Recruitment Adjustments”
- include the job reference number
- tell us what adjustment(s) you need
- contact us as early as possible, so we have time to arrange support
Confidentiality
We will treat your request in confidence.
We will not share your details outside the support team without your permission, unless we need to share the minimum necessary details to put the adjustment in place.
Examples of adjustments we may be able to offer include:
- extra time at an assessment or interview
- an interview or assessment time that works better for you
- additional breaks
- a sign language interpreter
- a hearing loop
- information in large print (or another format if needed)
