Expedite requests that meet a specific assessment criteria need evidence to be processed.
This can be:
- a written refusal to transact from the other party
- a mortgage offer which states the need for the registered title
- confirmation from the lender of potential panel removal
- understanding of any commercial impact, e.g. liquidation or economic consequences
You do not need to include an application form as evidence.
Warning
You must supply evidence if the assessment criteria relevant to your circumstances require it. If you do not provide evidence when requested, your request will be refused.
Evidence size and format
The evidence:
- must be under 20MB
- can be in a JPEG, PDF, doc, docx or msg format.
You can only supply a maximum of 3 evidence files.
