Following our recent blog from our Head of Customer Experience, Isla MacLeod, I wanted to highlight the importance of our customer satisfaction surveys.
Why are these surveys important?
We carry out our surveys twice a year, and are committed to sharing the main themes, and what we will do differently as a result.
Your information isn’t only valuable in letting us know what we can do to drive improvements for our customers, but also helps us with future business planning.
How do I take the survey?
Our customer satisfaction survey 2022 will go live on the 3 October and will be open for 4 weeks, until 28 October.
It takes around ten minutes to complete, and you can remain completely anonymous if you wish. However, there is an option to add your details if you require a specific response.
