House prices in the islands – read the report
This month RoS published a new report using data from the land register to explore trends in house prices across the Scottish Island Regions. The data compares prices on the islands with urban and rural areas. It aligns with the Scottish Government’s development of the Scottish Island Regions, a new geography for grouping Scotland’s islands into nine different island regions.
The report is another example of how RoS are providing innovative and accessible land and property data that delivers valuable insight to citizens, policymakers, professionals and researchers.
Website feedback survey
We're reviewing our ros.gov.uk homepage and want your views on how this works for you.
The survey has 7 questions and should take no longer than 2 minutes.
Further progress in our Embedded Title Sheets pilot
Our Embedded Title Sheets (ETS) pilot is exploring a different way to present a small number of our Transfer of Part (TP) title sheets.
Based on positive feedback received so far, the ETS pilot has moved into its next phase, and we are now exploring whether ETS should be rolled out more widely.
An additional strand of the pilot will now explore the use of ETS in our newly received casework in addition to our older open cases.
Read our latest blog for more information.
