Country of Origin Report
Our latest ‘Country of Origin Report’ is now available. It presents statistics on land and property owners and tenants in Scotland, broken down by the location of the owner address at the time of purchase.
You can also access the ‘Country of Origin 2023 - Company Report’. This is a subset of data focused on the properties owned or leased by companies outwith UK. This report is now available free of charge under license agreement.

Audit & Risk Committee Recruitment
A number of opportunities have opened up to join our Audit & Risk Committee.
We are looking for two new members for the committee itself and then - separately - for an Audit & Risk Committee Chair who will also serve as a Non-Executive on our Board.
We want people who are inspiring, passionate, collaborative and strategic, and bring core experience in organisational level risk assurance, to join us.
If you believe that you have the skills we are looking for, find out more and apply.
Geovation recruitment now open
Applications for the annual Geovation Scotland Accelerator Programme are officially open and will close 6 May.
We are looking for early-stage startups innovating in property, land and location technology.
Crofting Register
We want to know more about how people are using the Crofting Register.
We design our services with the customer in mind. Share your experience through our short feedback survey (2 min).
Register of Deeds update
From Tuesday 16 April, Register of Deeds (RoD) Acknowledgement Letters will be available instantly via email once your deeds have been registered.
Once this benefit is available, please include an email address with your RoD submission. This will allow our automated system to notify you as soon as a deed is registered. The best way of doing this is to send in your deed with a C&S1 submission form.
You can also use our new Registration Checklist to help ensure that your submission is successful.
