New ros.gov.uk homepage

In December we launched a new look and structure for the RoS homepage built with the customer in mind. The home page is the gateway to our services, and we want you to be able to access the information and services you need as quickly and efficiently as possible.

ScotLIS invoicing

From March 2025, we will be aligning ScotLIS invoicing with other RoS Services such as CAJR and Plans Reports. Instead of attachments, the email will contain secure links to the invoice documents which can be viewed and downloaded as needed.

We have emailed our ScotLIS customer’s finance teams to make them aware of the change. If you have any questions or feedback, you can contact us at invoice.feedback@ros.gov.uk

Indicative Sasines layer available in ScotLIS Business

Our Indicative Sasine layer is now available. Indicative Sasines is a way of showing indicative ownership and boundaries of Sasine titles allowing us to visually represent the Sasine Register for the first time, making it more helpful and accessible.

The Indicative Sasines layer can be found alongside our other map layers on ScotLIS Business. This was all made possible by working in partnership with individuals, public bodies and local authorities who shared their data with us.

Customer satisfaction survey

Our customer satisfaction survey is now live.

It takes around ten minutes to complete, and you can remain completely anonymous if you wish. However, there is an option to add your details if you require a specific response.

Complete the survey as a legal professional.

Complete the survey as a citizen.

Customer research panel

Are you a solicitor who uses assistive technology, for example screen readers, voice recognition software or adaptive keyboards? We want to hear from you.

Join our customer research panel to share your experiences and help improve our current and future services.

All information will be treated as confidential. Email userresearch@ros.gov.uk to sign up.

Performance reporting

You can keep up to date with how we are performing by visiting our performance pages. These are updated every month.
