Customer Satisfaction survey

Our customer satisfaction survey is now live and will be open until 6 September.

It takes around ten minutes to complete, and you can remain completely anonymous if you wish. However, there is an option to add your details if you require a specific response.

Complete the survey as a legal professional.

Website feedback survey

We're reviewing our ros.gov.uk homepage and want your views on how this works for you.

The survey has 7 questions and should take no longer than 2 minutes.

Complete the survey.

Embedded Title Sheets pilot extended

RoS’ main priority is to clear our open casework. To help us process cases more quickly, we have extended our Embedded Title Sheets (ETS) pilot.

The pilot is exploring a different way to present a small number of our Transfer of Part (TP) title sheets.

The extension means that for some TPs, you may continue to see examples of ETS titles, either as title sheet extracts provided on completion of an application, or on ScotLIS.
